Candace Smith
is the C.E.O. for the W.I.N. Project.
Candace Smith
attended the University of Dayton
on a full academic scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of
Arts in Psychology and a minor in Communications. During
this time, she successfully produced City-wide events, created a
crime prevention program for
high school students for the
City of Dayton Police Department and completed a Communications
and Marketing program at the University
of London.
Candace received a merit scholarship to attend
Northwestern University School of Law
in Chicago, Illinois. While studying at
Northwestern University School of Law,
she volunteered for an outreach program
in the juvenile detention center and traveled to
Cuba as a group leader for a
research project studying the effects of the dual economy on
tourism. Upon graduation, Candace was admitted to the Ohio
Bar and practiced commercial real estate for the
largest law firm in Ohio.
While working full-time as an attorney Candace won the title of
Miss Ohio USA 2003.
As Miss Ohio USA, Candace dedicated her time to several
charities including the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Artemis
House (women’s shelter) and the USO.
Candace relocated to Los Angeles to pursue modeling and
acting, appearing in TV, film and several national print and
commercial campaigns.
During this time, she continued to produce events and
provide consulting services.
In
2006, Candace accepted the position as Festival Manager for the
Turks and Caicos International Film
Festival, overseeing all aspects of the Festival
including marketing, sponsorship, budget, event production and
film acquisition. Candace held this position for two
years before joining the W.I.N. Project in 2008.
It is Candace Smith’s varied education and expertise as a
lawyer, philanthropist, film festival manager, producer, speaker
and consultant that will undoubtedly bring value to your
project.

Director of Marketing & Internet Projects: Henry Ramsey
Henry is the Director of Marketing & Internet Projects for the
W.I.N. Project.
Henry Ramsey graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor
of Arts in Economics and a concentration in English. While
attending Bucknell University, Henry participated in several
organizations, played football, ran track and volunteered for
the Clinton campaign.
Upon graduating, Henry accepted a buyer position with the
MAY Company which consisted of selecting, marketing and
advertising MAY Company’s lines.
Henry went on to accept several account executive
positions with Fortune 500 companies including AT&T Panasonic,
and First Data Corporation. During this time he also
operated a successful marine services company in which he
supervised a staff of 15 with operations in the greater South
East Maryland and Northern Virginia areas.
Henry and the staff serviced marine vessels of all sizes
at most of the elite marinas in both states.
In addition to Henry’s extensive management and marketing
experience, he has also produced and co-produced several
exclusive red carpet events domestically and internationally.
Henry has produced events for impressive individuals and
organizations such as What A Pair, Bentley Beverly Hills, the
government of Turks and Caicos, the Mondrian, Elevee concierge
service and the NBA. In
2002 Henry created HRI, which is a private marketing and
consulting firm. HRI
permitted him to service the marketing and Internet needs of
various clients including models, actresses, professional
athletes, charitable organizations, retail companies, industrial
suppliers and more. As a consultant with vast experience in
marketing, he has proven valuable in multiple sectors.
In 2008 Henry partnered with exceptional colleagues of
various industries to conceive the W.I.N. Project or What I
Needed. As the C.E.O. and
Director of Marketing and Internet Projects, Henry will ensure
all clients are provided with services tailored to their needs
regardless of the industry. |
