agencies, business & retail
associations, retailers and
more, Henry has a vast
knowledge of the marketing
process and how it applies
across multiple sectors and
its impact on various
demographics.
A graduate from Bucknell
University with a B.A. in
Economics, Henry began his
professional life as a
entrepreneur running a multi
location marine service in
the Northern VA region.
After successfully growing
the company to 3 locations
with many successful
contracts, At the age of 24,
Henry sold the business and
began his transition into
marketing & consulting.
15 years later, Henry
successfully created his
branded consulting firm HRI
(Henry Ramsey Inc) which
after several successful
partnerships is now The
W.I.N. Project.

V.P. Operations &
Project Management:
Candace Smith
Candace Smith is the
Vice President of Operations
and Project Management for
the
W.I.N.
Project.
Candace
Smith
attended the
University of Dayton
on a full academic
scholarship and graduated
with a Bachelor of Arts in
Psychology and a minor in
Communications. During
this time, she successfully
produced City-wide events,
created a
crime prevention program
for
high school students
for the City of Dayton
Police Department and
completed a Communications
and Marketing program at the
University of London.
Candace received a
merit scholarship to attend
Northwestern University
School of Law in
Chicago, Illinois.
While studying at
Northwestern University
School of Law, she
volunteered for an
outreach program in
the juvenile detention
center and traveled to
Cuba as a group
leader for a research
project. Upon
graduation, Candace was
admitted to the Ohio Bar and
practiced commercial real
estate for the
largest law firm in
Ohio. While working
full-time as an attorney
Candace won the title of
Miss Ohio USA 2003.
As Miss Ohio USA,
Candace dedicated her time
to several charities
including the Susan G. Komen
for the Cure, Artemis House
(women’s shelter) and the
USO.
Candace continued to
pursue modeling and acting,
appearing in HBO’s
Entourage, NBC’s Joey and
the Ciroc Vodka campaign
with Diddy. In 2006,
Candace accepted the
position as Festival Manager
for the Turks and Caicos
International Film Festival,
overseeing all aspects of
the Festival including
marketing, sponsorship,
budget, event production and
film acquisition.
Candace held this position
for two years before joining
the W.I.N. Project in 2008.
It is Candace Smith’s
varied education and
expertise as a lawyer,
philanthropist, film
festival manager, producer,
speaker and consultant that
will undoubtedly bring value
to your project.
